Microneedling

FAQs
What if I’ve never used professional skin products or had a chemical peel?
Then you definitely came to the right place! We always start with a chat about where you currently are with homecare and your history of skin treatments to make sure your needs are put first. Most of the peels are safe for first-time clients but we can even just start with a basic facial and together with the correct home care, work our way up from there until your skin is strong and ready!
Yikes, I just don’t think I can spend that right now! Isn’t there a payment plan?
The best thing about a customised treatment and home care plan is well, that it’s customised for you specifically! We often think that we need to get every single product and start using everything from the beginning - that is just not true. Most of the timeless is more when starting off and I am here to guide you every step of the way as we progress.
I don’t think I have time for this?
If you feel a bit rushed to get things done in time every morning, we look at introducing multi-functional products to avoid you from spending 30 minutes a day applying product after product after product! In a tech-run world operating every second of the day (unless the wifi is off due to load shedding), we don’t necessarily have the time to be lounging around in a spa or clinic for hours on end having lengthy treatments done to sort our skins out and this is why I just love Mesoestetic and Lamelle treatments - they are time efficient, practical and we can adjust them to suit any lifestyle!
Do you offer refunds?
If for any reason you feel the service was not up to standard I would love to know how we can fix the problem for you. In case of a reaction or allergy to a specific homecare product, I will gladly take it up with the specific supplier and if the product was recently bought and barely used, offer you a full refund to be used towards any other product or treatment.
